California is well-known for being the entertainment capital, but other entities have appeared on camera since the start of the millennium as well. Back in 2007, a man named Jose was hearing dogs barking incessantly in his neighborhood and wasn’t sure why. So he set up a surveillance camera in front of his house. What he captured stunned everyone. 1 or more thin white creatures walked across his front yard, even with the fence gate shut. These beings were basically stick figures with virtually no defined body, resembling a pair of pants with a tiny head on top. Even though the shots were grainy, it was perfectly clear that something strange appeared that shouldn’t be there. People feared for their safety because nobody knew what these creatures were or their true intent. Other similar creatures were seen in Yosemite National Park a few years later. The possibilities were endless. Could it be a new species of animal unknown to science? Were they extraterrestrials? Was it a case of misidentification? At first glance, the creature seemed like a small child in a baggy costume, but tests actually debunked what seemed like the most likely explanation. No other similar animals were reported. Even the series “Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files” tried to figure out the mystery but couldn’t. All natural explanations were exhausted, and nothing could debunk or prove the validity of these creatures. To this day, it remains a mystery. They have appeared in other locations, but they’re mostly confined to a specific region in north-central California. So what’s really going on? The jury is still out on that one.
