Haunted Atlantis

Atlantis is a legend that’s been around virtually since the beginning of time. Debates continue over whether or not it really did exist or not, in addition to where it was and how it disappeared. Greek philosopher Plato originally got the story rolling in ancient times as a cautionary tale to be careful of your riches. It’s possible the lost city was a military base beneath the surface of the ocean that ended up backfiring because of greed. Maybe extinct or undocumented sea monsters are responsible for its demise. The whole story of the Bermuda Triangle also ties in because the North Atlantic Ocean is one of the primary locations where Atlantis was said to be. It’s also possible that it was somewhere in Europe in the Mediterranean Sea. Beliefs are that strange creatures were the norm there, such as mermaids. Books, series, movies, and other publications have been made over the years on what’s truth or myth about the supposed colony. Was it a village of nobles or just another spot that’s now a reef in the abyss? Facts are still out there, so let’s be smart and figure everything out without sacrificing ourselves or our safety.
